Short Overview:

The objective was to sequense two marine bacterial stains Shewanella Sp. TC10 et P. mediterranea TC4 genomes and to identify genes involved in the interaction of P. mediterranea with Shewanella sp. TC10 in bi-species biofilms and with the amoeboïd protist, A. castellanii.
