L’objectif premier est de tester l’activité d’inhibition du quorum sensing (QS), sur des bactéries marines et autres souches bactériennes, de nouveaux composés synthétisés à dessein au laboratoire de type polymères à empreintes moléculaires (molecularly imprinted polymers ou MIP).
Pour des MIP révélant une activité de séquestration d’AHL intéressante, il s’agira d’analyser leur effet sur le développement de biofilms et sur le métabolisme cellulaire. (…) -
