Acronym :
BEEMROC Funding:
CD-TPM, APRI Short Overview:
The objective was to characterize the c-di-GMP signaling pathway in Shewanella oneidensis. This pathway controls the planktonic to biofilm transition. The long term goal is to find molecules interfering with this pathway to prevent biofilm formation. Involved MAPIEM permanent members: BARAQUET Claudine
